All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives:

  • An incorrect item

the customer must contact the vendor directly within 3 days of delivery.

The customer must provide:

Customers should remain in direct contact with the vendor regarding:

  • Product issues
  • Warranty claims
  • Exchanges
  • Returns
  • Product support

3. Product Warranty & Vendor Responsibility

Product warranties, guarantees, exchanges, and after-sales services are solely the responsibility of the respective vendor according to the vendor’s own store terms and conditions.

BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for:

  • Product warranties
  • Warranty claims
  • Product guarantees
  • Vendor promises or policies

If a warranty-related return or exchange requires delivery arrangements, the vendor must contact us for courier coordination where applicable.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed except in special situations such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Whether a refund is provided will be decided solely by BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED based on the specific situation.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers must pay both the order amount and delivery charges to the courier upon delivery

If a COD order fails due to:

  • Customer rejection
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Unreachable customer
  • Failed delivery attempts

the vendor may be charged applicable courier or return fees.


6. Delivery Charges

For prepaid online orders:

  • Delivery charges must be paid separately to the courier upon delivery

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable once courier processing has started.


7. Refund Processing

If BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED approves a refund under exceptional circumstances:

  • Refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method
  • Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers

8. Prohibited Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, exchanges, or future service if fraud, abuse, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.


9. Third-Party Services

Payments are securely processed through PayHere (Private) Limited.

Courier and logistics services are handled through third-party delivery partners.

BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party providers.
