Welcome to WasiBuy.com (“Marketplace”), operated by BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”).
WasiBuy is a multi-vendor marketplace where approved vendors can sell products directly to customers within Sri Lanka.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Only users from Sri Lanka are allowed to register as vendors on WasiBuy.com.
During registration:
Customers must select Customer Account.
Sellers must select Vendor Account.
Incorrect account selection may result in account deletion.
To register as a vendor, users must provide:
Store name
Valid address in Sri Lanka
Correct phone number
After registration:
Vendors must wait for a verification call from BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
If the phone number is incorrect or the vendor does not answer verification calls, the account may be deleted within 14 days.
Vendors are fully responsible for:
Product listings and descriptions.
Pricing accuracy.
Product information.
Stock availability.
Compliance with applicable laws.
Vendors must ensure that every order is packed securely and includes the following inside the parcel where applicable:
The product invoice or receipt.
Warranty card or warranty information.
The WasiBuy order number.
User manuals, installation guides, or other documents supplied with the product.
If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order fails due to customer rejection, incorrect customer details, an unreachable customer, or failed delivery attempts, the vendor may be charged applicable fees.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in product removal, temporary suspension of selling privileges, account suspension, or permanent account deletion at the sole discretion of BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
All products must be submitted for review before publishing.
For advanced product features including:
Product brand
Product variations (colors, sizes, etc.)
vendors must contact BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED directly.
We reserve the right to:
Approve products
Remove or permanently delete products without prior notice
Delete vendor accounts if necessary
If a vendor uploads or attempts to upload a large number of products, BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED may:
Apply additional service charges
Require a monthly vendor subscription or maintenance fee
Additional fees may depend on the number of uploaded products.
If a product violates our policies or is considered unsuitable for the platform, it may be removed immediately.
The following products may not be listed, sold, or offered on WasiBuy.com:
Cash (any currency)
Cash cheques
Jewellery and equivalent valuables
Active prepaid cards
Firearms and ammunition
Explosives
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Furniture
Counterfeit or fake branded products
Stolen items
Products that infringe intellectual property rights
Any product prohibited under the laws of Sri Lanka
Any other product that BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED determines is unsuitable for the platform
BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to reject, remove, or permanently delete any product listing that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
For every completed order:
A 10% commission will be deducted from the product price.
An additional fixed service fee of රු 10 will be deducted from the product price.
BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to change commission rates or service fees at any time by updating these Terms & Conditions.
Minimum withdrawal amount: රු 100
Withdrawal processing fee: රු 25 per request
Withdrawals are processed to the vendor’s provided bank account.
We deliver products only within Sri Lanka using our partner courier services.
Delivery times depend on:
Customer location
Courier availability
Weather conditions
Other external factors
While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur beyond our control.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Both the order value and delivery charges must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
For online payments:
Delivery charges must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind after placing an order.
However, customers may contact BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED within 3 days of receiving their order if:
The wrong product was received.
The product was damaged during delivery.
The product is significantly different from its description.
Customers must provide:
Order number
Clear photos showing the issue
BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED will review each claim and may contact the respective vendor if necessary. If the claim is approved, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, return, or another appropriate resolution.
BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these requirements.
If a customer wishes to make a warranty claim, they must contact BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
We will coordinate with the respective vendor where applicable.
Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions are determined by the respective vendor or product listing.
BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED does not guarantee that every product includes a warranty unless it is explicitly stated on the product page.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed except in special cases such as:
Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud or misuse
If an order is cancelled, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
Whether a refund is provided will be determined solely by BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED based on the circumstances.
All prices on WasiBuy.com are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (රු).
Payments are securely processed through PayHere (Private) Limited.
BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED does not store or access customer payment card details.
Some text, images, logos, graphics, and website designs on WasiBuy.com belong to BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
Some images or materials may come from free, licensed, or third-party sources.
Copying, reproducing, modifying, or reusing website content without permission is prohibited.
We aim to provide accurate information and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available.
BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, or issues caused by:
Courier services
Internet or network failures
Payment gateway interruptions
Third-party services
External events beyond our control
We use third-party providers, including PayHere (Private) Limited, for payment processing and related services.
We are not responsible for how third-party services operate or handle user data.
Users should review the respective policies and terms of those providers separately.
We may immediately remove products or permanently delete accounts without prior notice if:
False information is provided
Vendor verification fails
Prohibited products are listed
Fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected
Any WasiBuy policy is violated
Actions may include:
Permanent product removal
Immediate account deletion
Permanent loss of platform access
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this page together with the effective date.
